  • You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a licence to host, display and distribute it for the purpose of operating the Service.
  • You are solely responsible for your listings, messages and reviews, and you confirm you have the right to post them.
  • We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our community standards.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, fraudulent or illegal content.
  • Harass, threaten, impersonate or harm other users.
  • Post discriminatory or unlawful housing or job listings.
  • Scrape, hack, or interfere with the Service or its security.
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited solicitations.

5. Transactions between users

NRIinUSA is a platform that connects members. We are not a party to agreements between users (such as rentals, roommate arrangements, tiffin services, employment or marketplace sales). You are responsible for verifying the other party and for your own decisions. Our Trust Center is a tool to help, not a guarantee.
